The Photography Gear I’d Buy If I Was Starting From Zero Today

In my closet is a ton of camera gear from every brand that I've previously purchased and held onto for testing reasons. Recently, I've been thinking about the idea of starting over. If I ever made a career pivot, I wouldn't need all this camera gear anymore. But I wouldn't give up photography. If I didn't do it as part of my job then I'd do it for my own love affair with it. That has got me thinking more and more about this question: what would I get if I were starting over from zero?
