Digital outfit ideas for women

Hello i’m getting some updated digitals done so I can apply to more agencies. I applied to over 20 in california and never got a response, I didn’t have spectacular digitals originally even tho they were done in a studio.. so i’m gonna try to redo them and then try applying again.
What is a good outfit for women to wear these days for digitals? I was thinking low rise jeans and a tank top but not sure if i should go with black or white. Any agencies you guys have good experiences with I can try and apply to? Advice appreciated thanks.
