On the hunt for the most basic pants ever

I have been on the hunt for the perfect pair of pants and having absolutely no luck. I'm looking for:

-black

-natural fabric

-low-rise/ultra low rise

- NOOO elastic scrunchy waistband (drawstring, buttons, zipper, foldover ok)

-full length

-straight or wide leg

-under 200$

- dont mind pockets or no pockets

If anyone has any recommendations please please please let me know. I feel like I'm losing my mind with all the mid rise being marketed as low, polyester and 300-400$ price tags. i truly am looking for the simplest pants ever. Attached are some pinterest images of what im looking for. Thank you!!
