Casual wedding dresses

I’m at a loss! We’re having a registry office wedding with casual drinks and food in a bar and I’m absolutely lost on what to buy! Everything I like is polyester and crazy money.

I’ve been searching second hand for something but I’m not sure what brands are good for occasion wear. Any ideas where to start?
