Bumblefoot in chicken help

My now 15 month old chicken got bumblefoot in mid July. I gave her Epsom salt baths and used Vetricyn and Prid and thought I had it taken care of and she was healing. I had been cleaning and changing her dressing about 2x/week. I noticed 3 weeks ago it was swollen. I brought her to an avian vet and they prescribed 2 different antibiotics (1 pill for 7 days, liquid for 10 days). She just finished her antibiotics and it’s still swollen. I started giving her Epsom salt baths and using Vetricyn and Prid again. The opening/cut is small and if there is a kernel, it would be not near the opening because it’s towards the back of her foot pad that is swollen. Not sure how to proceed. Is this something Epsom salt and Prid will help draw to the opening and I should be patient with that process? She hasn’t been limping through any of this.
