An Unexpected Find: Styling a Unique, Vintage-Inspired Skirt

I found this skirt while thrifting and couldn’t leave it behind because I love how weird/unique it is 😂 But now that I actually own it, I have absolutely no idea how to style it.

It’s green, black and cream with these big arch/loop details and a little patterned border at the bottom. It’s also pretty flowy and has a slightly unusual shape. It reminds me of my old kindergarten teacher! It’s below the knee length.

What would you wear with it? I’m open to basically anything tops, shoes, jackets, accessories, layering, etc. I’d especially love ideas that actually work with the skirt’s weird/quirky vibe rather than trying to make it look super basic.
