Curated Collaborations: Seeking Authentic Talent for Artistic Journeys

I’m based out of Laguna Beach and looking to do lots of tests over the next couple of months in LA and surrounding. All shoots are TFP.

The way I work is to find the frame between frames. That means casting is important to me, because emotional availability is important over looks alone or great posing. Talent who connect well and feel like old souls do best with me.

Right now I have a couple of concepts that are fashion forward lifestyle moments. One I’m churning up interest for right now is a sexy PG-13 couples shoot in a vintage beach cruiser. Another one is a poker night at a friends’ house with drinks and finger foods, maybe devolving into a dance party. Hoping to capture both stills and motion in both instances.

I also have a more artsy project that’s centered around solitude. It would be a 2-3 hour block of silence and capturing stills/motion during that inward journey. I thought it would be fun to do a little interview of what it was like afterwards and build a narrative around human connection, even in silence, as we face a time of growing isolation and loneliness/disconnection.

Aside from that, I am looking for more slice-of-life concepts and am open to designing something around a real moment in a talent’s life.
