Rooster's Recovering! Coccidiosis Treatment Seems to Be Cluck-Tastic

I have 3 chickens and i isolated all of them in separate cages for a week and gave all of them amplorium treatment since one of the chickens showed signs of coccidiosis. After 3 days since starting treatment the sick rooster looked normal and had normal poops. He also still has a good appetite. His only symptom was actually blood in his stool. Anyway, after 7 days of treatment i thought he was back to normal so i let him roam again but i saw this just this morning, this is the only poop with mucusy blood, his other poops are normal? Could he be reinfected? He’s energetic and has an appetite still.
