Finding the Perfect Wedding Finish: A Guide to Shoes & Accessories

I am horrible at selecting the right shoes and accessories. This is a dress so am wearing to a wedding. Please take pity on me and spell out in detail what I need (other than my daughter to clean her room). Shoes, I assume black? What style? Accessories—gold or silver? Hair up, I think? No guidance too large or small, thank you so much.
